Other than beetroot leaves, red Choi Sum is another veg available to harvest the outer big leaves. Sprouted in end Feb and planted out in mid March, ready to serve now. A friend told me that the red stem is nice to eat, not as soft as normal Choi Sum. I have to wait for stems to appear.
