It is the season of asparagus and bought white and purple ones from organic shop.
Bake the white one with goat cheese and stag horn plantain for 15 minutes, easy and tasty dish.
Grill the purple ones and make a sauce of thick greek yogurt, mustard and plum jam as sauce.
