Time to enjoy bbq dinner at the lake, used venous thigh meat to make skewers. Season with salt, soy sauce, 5 spices powder, black pepper and a lot of sweet paprika (from Budapest), oil and honey.
Paprika flavour goes will with venison, meat tender and full of flavour.
