Moroccan mint honey ice cube

May has been so hot that I used ice cubes a few times in the evening. When I see that the Moroccan mint is growing so well, spreading via its roots to all part of the small bed, I decided to make mint honey ice cube for later use.

Of course once the ice cubes are ready, normal Irish windy and rainy days resumed.
