Tomato and parsnip soup


In cold winter months, a hot soup warms your bones. This is a quick soup using pre-prepared ingredients.
1. Cut parsnip (or any vegetable in season) into cubes.

2. Bring to boil a portion of home made mix stock, dilute with water, mix in home made tomato sauce, adjust taste with salt & pepper, add in parsnip, cook until soft, around 5 minutes.
