Hiking in the snow
It had been a very wet
winter and ski resorts still open. For an entrance fee of only 5 Euro,
snow-shoes hiking is a popular sport here, it is easy to understand, the
environment is simply gorgeous.
When I read that you would be going back to HK during the French winter, I said to myself that you are going to miss many etraordinary things in your region.........
Luckily the cold weather has waited until your return and let you see how wonderful the snow-white world in Pyrenees altantiques is............
the cold wet weather is still around....showers of hailstones the day before, my land is wet, landslide on one slope created cracks and holes....but spring flowers are beautiful, birds are singing, saw deers this morning...life as usual.
