1. Roll out short crust pastry between 2
sheets of baking paper (safe cleaning the table) to a round or square shape, 3mm thick.
2. Place in baking tray with both sheets of
baking papers, put another baking tray on top for smooth surface, bake at 170˚C for 15
minutes.
3. Peel apple, cut into 3mm thin slices, season
with juice of a lemon, big pinch of salt, brown sugar to your taste, lots of
cinnamon powder. Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.

4. Place apple on pie evenly, place a few thin
slices of butter on top. Bake at 180˚C for 20 minutes until apple becomes soft.
