Mackerel in curry lemon sauce



An oily fish like mackerel can pair with a rich tasting sauce, especially suitable to serve this for people who find mackerel a bit too strong in smell.

1. Season mackerel with salt and pepper.

2. Sear until both sides brown and cooked through. Add curry powder and stir with oil in the pan, then add lemon juice and sour cream to make the sauce, add a handful of chives just before serving.
