Kimchi pork rib stew |
1. Cover pork ribs with water, add slices of
ginger, rice wine (1 star anise, old mandarin peel, Asian licorice etc), bring
to boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Leave with lid on.
2. At meal time, bring the ribs back to
boil, add kimchi, season with salt, add coriander just before serving.
