Walk along the river and found wild
garlic already flowering, a bit earlier than normal. Picked the younger leaves
and also collected a big bunch of flowers.

sweet that I would like to use it in cooking.

First made a simple salad with salt and
oil, turn out to be too garlicky to eat much. Used the rest in cooking with other
ingredients, like vegetables or tuna cubes.
