This is an easy to make and to please
pickle, very crunchy with mild sour, savory taste.
Khol rabi and radish pickle with ume and fermented rice |
Simply cut khol rabi and radish into thin slices,
season with ume and fermented rice paste (or just ume sweeten with brown
sugar), mustard and Sichuan pepper. Mix well and rest for 3 hours before
serving.
