Smoked mackerel tofu vegetable bake




Yes smoked mackerel again, this time combined with tofu and vegetable, for a different presentation.

1. Break smoked mackerel into small pieces, cut vegetables (broccoli, red pepper) into small cubes, mix in soft tofu, season with salt, olive oil, soy sauce and white pepper.

2. Place cooked grain in a baking dish, top with the mackerel tofu mixture. Bake at 180˚C until top slightly golden, around 20 minute, sprinkle fresh herbs before serving.
