Mackerel raw and grilled



Mackerel sashimi

Fisherman caught 2 mackerels, one good size and one small.

Cut one fillet into sashimi, to enjoy the natural taste, actually very similar to yellow tail.

Season the fish with salt and rest for a day in the fridge, grill on bbq, the bigger one is great, oily and juicy, the smaller one is a bit dry.
