I used to stew lamb shank, after slow baking lamb lap with success, try to cook shank in the same way. Pleased with the result, fragrant and tender meat, so effortless, just cook itself in the oven.
1.Cut rosemary and mint into small pieces, mix with salt, curry powder, 5 spices powder, black pepper and olive oil.
2.Rub all over lamb shank, rest for half to a day.
3.Preheat oven to 200˚C, put lamb shanks inside, lower to 130˚C, cook for at least 2 hours, turn over half way.
