Fisherman brought back more mackerels from fishing on the
rocks. After salting for a day in the fridge, thought of using a skewer
to hold the mackerel fillet, just like eel, to grill on barbecue, much
easier handling. Then brush soy sauce, rice wine and honey mixture for
the final charring before serving.
Actually an easy way to cook mackerel on flame without worry that skim may stick on the grill.
