Spinach and tofu in bone broth

 




Read in the book “The unholy trinity - sugar, carbohydrates and seed oil “ about the benefits of bone broth in improving conditions of gut lining, to avoid leaky gut syndrome. Hence went to the friendly butcher and bought a big bag of grass fed beef rib bones to make stock, boiled in a slow cooker for two days, then freeze in portions.

Used some to make this simple spinach tofu soup, delicious.
