1. Prepare marinade using 2 tbsp of fermented bean paste, 1 tbsp of minced ginger, 3 tbsp of soya sauce, 2 tbsp of liqueur, 2 tbsp of brown sugar (optional - 1tbsp mustard sauce / 1tbsp chilli oil).
2. Rub marinade on pork ribs, rest for half an hour before cooking on barbeque or bake at 180˚ oven for around half an hour.
