Duck with prune sauce


1. Sear duck breast until golden brown, rest in a 130˚C oven for 10 minutes, pink inside.
2. Chop onion and red bell pepper into small cubes, fry until soft, add  prunes (cut into pieces), soya sauce, vinegar, sugar, 5 spice powder and a cup of water, cook until prunes are soft and sauce thickens.
3. Cut duck breast into thin slices, serve prune sauce on top.
