I have just harvested plums Victoria and have to find ways to use them up.
1. Cut lamb meat into cubes or slices, season with salt and pepper.
2. Cut plums into wedges, wash a good handful of basil.
3. Heat oil in a pan, add in a tbsp of cumin seed, roast until fragrance comes out, around a minute. Add lamb, stir-fry until nearly cooked, add in plums, soya sauce, cook until plums start to soften, throw in basil, mix a few times and serve.
