Barbeque beef rib chop


It is indeed more rewarding to burn our own logs from the forest for the barbeque. By splitting the wood into quarters, they will be burnt to partly charcoal in an hour's time, ready for cooking. This time grilling a thick cut of beef rib chop and sweet corn with the fire on the back wall, cooking by radiation, not direct flame from below.
