1. Pizza bruschetta - drizzle olive oil on pizza dough,
sprinkle sesame on top, bake till golden. Spoon tomato cubes on top before serving (marinated
in salt, pepper, olive oil and basil).
2. Pizza with goat cheese - cut goat cheese
into slices, season with salt, olive oil and paprika. Cut mushroom into slices,
marinate with salt, pepper and olive oil for an hour. Arrange goat cheese and
mushroom on pizza dough, bake until golden, then add green bell pepper slices
on top.
3. Pizza with mackerel & pickle
cucumber - remove skin and cut smoked mackerel into pieces, cut cucumber into
slices and marinate in salt, sugar, pepper and vinegar for 3 hours.
Spread tomato paste on pizza dough, arrange
mackerel on top, sprinkle grated Gruyere, bake until golden. Add pickled
cucumber slices on top before serving.
4. Pizza with gizzard - arrange marinated
mushroom slices and confit gizzard slices on pizza dough, sprinkle grated
Gruyere, bake until golden. Add sliced up green bell pepper on top.
5. Pizza with rillet & nectarine -
spread tomato paste on pizza dough, arrange marinated mushroom slices,
nectarine cut into cubes and marinated in soy sauce, and spoonfuls of duck
rillet on top, bake until golden. Sprinkle cut up chives for colour.
