BBQ chicken


Chicken marinated in yogurt always help to keep the meat juicy and tender, exceptionally good preparation for barbeque.


1. Remove skin from drumstick, make a couple of 1cm deep cuts  on the meat.
2. Marinate in juice of half of a lemon, 100ml yogurt, salt, brown sugar, white pepper, as much mesh up garlic and smoked sweet paprika as you like, for at least 4 hours.
3. Cook on medium hot charcoal.
