Duck with fig sauce


A good way to use up some fresh figs is to use them to sweeten a sauce.

1. Cut duck breast without skin into big pieces, place in baking dish.
2. Arrange figs, cut into halves, around, season with soy sauce, 5 spices powder, red wine, white pepper. Bake at 220˚C for 15 minutes, and rest in oven with door open for another 10 minutes.
