The lower leg of lamb takes a couple of
hours to cook and I usually buy 4 to cook together, then
portion and freeze for future "fast" meals.

1. Place lamb legs in baking dish, add
100ml light soy sauce, 100ml water, curry powder, smoked pimenton, liqueur, slices
of ginger, white pepper and figs cut into halves.
