Asparagus with nutty vinaigrette


I noticed that with the addition of a tablespoon of nut paste (hazelnut or sesame or peanut etc) into normal balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper vinaigrette, the sauce thicken nicely, and with a much bigger flavor dimension.

Goes well with lightly baked white asparagus, bake at 200˚ for around 10 minutes
