Duck, green bean, potato crumble


The need to use up left behind food is always a motivation in creating new dishes! After a dinner with friends, there are small portions of everything to use up: duck meat, green bean, steamed potato, nut crumble, from making blackberry & apple nut crumble (replacing flour in a normal crumble with chopped mix nuts).
1. Season duck and green bean with salt & pepper.

2. Mash up potato, season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
3. In a baking dish, place duck and bean at the bottom, cover with mash potato and finally nut crumble. Bake at 170˚C to warm through.
