After tasting the wonderful flavor of this
Spanish farm's organic Iberico jamon, decided to stock up their organic, no nitrates/ preservatives Lomo (preserved whole
piece of tenderloin of Iberico pig) and Chorizo (preserved Iberico pork salami
seasoned with pimenton) too.

Lomo has very nice waxy texture
and delicate porky taste, Chorizo is soft and full of flavor, both are not
salty, a rare quality.
