After a day out with friends, there is nothing better
than slowly making and eating pizza, while enjoying fresh evening breeze, and watch
the changing evening colours.

1. Pizza bianca with dry shrimps - mix
small dry shrimps with crushed garlic, salt and olive oil, spread on pizza
dough. Excellent fragrance.

2. Pizza with sardines - half bake pizza
with green pepper (seasoned with salt & olive oil), then add sardines in
halves lengthwise. When ready, sprinkle shredded carrot for colour and crunch.

pizza with tomato paste, mushroom (seasoned with salt, pepper and olive oil),
then add blood sausage and grated Gruyere cheese. When ready, sprinkle a
handful of rocket leaves on top.

4. Pizza with goat cheese - bake pizza with
tomato paste, slices of goat cheese, okra, pickled figs and grated Gruyere
cheese. The acidity and sweet of picked figs balance the richness of goat
cheese.
