Lamb burger with tomato and basil |
Another twists of lamb flavor with tomato
and basil, from my memory of the delicious lamb bun in Cairo.
1. Season mince lamb with salt and white
pepper, mix in chopped up semi-dried tomato and fresh basil.
2. On a baking tray, smear a little oil on
the bottom, sprinkle a few cumin seed, place a ring and add a portion of lamb
mixture, press well to form a 1cm high disc, repeat with remaining mixture.

3. Add some oil on the surface, spread
evenly and sprinkle a few cumin seed.
4. Bake at 220˚C for 10 minutes.
