| Mini lamb burgers |
Made these mini lamb burgers for easy
cooking outdoor on a plancha for serving a group of people. I added green
pepper and carrots for colour.
1. Chop lamb meat coarsely, season with
salt, white pepper, cumin seed and cornstarch.
2. Cut green pepper and carrot into very
small pieces, season with salt and pepper for half an hour until soft and some
liquid comes out.

3. Get the vegetable without much liquid,
mix well with lamb. Use a round ring to make mini burgers, fridge for an hour to harden before cooking.

4. Sear on medium heat until cooked
through.
