It is so easy and requires less space to
store dried vegetable and fruit, so I turn the excess production last year into
dried form. It is now time to use them as the garden is not
producing at all.
| Pork chop with apple and beetroot warm salad |
1. Place apple and beetroot chips in a pot with a cup of
water, season with sugar, a pinch of salt and 5 spices powder. Stir and
turn over for the chips to absorb liquid. They will soften in a couple of
minutes, but still retain the texture.
2. Season pork chop with salt, 5 spices
powder and a little brown sugar. Sear at medium heat until cooked.
