Green beans with sesame seed & seaweed

This is the first harvest of climbing and runner beans, already enough for a meal for 2 persons, there will be many more harvest until end of summer. I used sesame seed and seaweed flakes to add texture and aroma.

Green beans with sesame seed & seaweed

1. Dry roast sesame seed and seaweed flakes.
2. Cook garlic slices until golden, add beans, season with salt & pepper, and half a cup of water. Simmer until beans are tender.
3. Sprinkle sesame seed and seaweed flakes on top.
