This is my favorite way of cooking and
eating outdoor, slowly over the long evening, a chance to enjoy the changing
twilight and to chat with friends.

1. Pizza bianca - 2 whole head of garlic
slow cooked in olive oil, blend into a paste and season with salt, and sprinkle
sesame on top.

2. Pizza with sardine and semi-dried tomato
- the addition of semi-dried tomato really add a nice sharp sour and sweet
flavor to the pizza.

Cut green pepper into strips, season with
salt to soften and release juice, then mix with olive oil.
Place green pepper on pizza dough, half
bake pizza until just harden, then place sardine halves on top, when finish baking, place
semi-dried tomato (rehydrated with a little water and olive oil) and chive on top before
serving.

3. Pizza with blood sausage and zucchini
Spread tomato paste on pizza dough, place
zucchini (soften with salt and oil), blood sausage, grated cheese on top. When
baked, sprinkle coriander leaves on top for an extra flavor and fragrance.

4. Pizza with goat cheese and plum Reine
Claude - this plum is picked just a few days ago, is firm and mildly sweet
sour, just right to balance the richness of goat cheese.

Spread tomato paste on pizza dough, place
carrot, plum, goat cheese and grated cheese on top. When baked, add rocket
on top for a green touch.
