Roast goose plum sauce



With the plum harvest that is being gradually transformed into different items, one request is to make plum sauce that traditionally served with Cantonese roast goose. It is a sweet sour mildly spicy sauce that goes well with crispy skin tender roast goose.

I made it up using Agen plum, cooked in cider vinegar, season with brown sugar, 5 spices powder, chili and star anise, not exactly the same taste but tasty anyway.
