With the plum harvest that is being
gradually transformed into different items, one request is to make plum sauce
that traditionally served with Cantonese roast goose. It is a sweet sour mildly
spicy sauce that goes well with crispy skin tender roast goose.

I made it up using Agen plum, cooked in
cider vinegar, season with brown sugar, 5 spices powder, chili and star anise,
not exactly the same taste but tasty anyway.
