Smoked mackerel with coriander yogurt sauce



Smoked mackerel is always available in the fridge, vacuum packed, they keep well and is a good source of omega 3. In summer I like to serve it cold with coriander yogurt sauce. 

Smoked mackerel with coriander yogurt sauce

1. Bake mackerel until skin crispy.
2. Mix yogurt with juice of lemon, salt, sugar and a handful of coriander leaves.
