Smoked mackerel is always available in the
fridge, vacuum packed, they keep well and is a good source of omega 3. In summer I
like to serve it cold with coriander yogurt sauce.

1. Bake mackerel until skin crispy.
2. Mix yogurt with juice of lemon, salt,
sugar and a handful of coriander leaves.
