Steam pork ribs with Kailan leaves


After using the giant Kailan stalk in raw starter, I am left with a few dark green leaves, which in local cuisine, will be thrown away as they are tough.
I decided to cut the leaves into fine slices, add into pork ribs for a vibrant colour.

1. Season pork ribs with miso, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice wine, oil, cornstarch for half an hour.
2. Mix in Kailan leaves, steam until pork ribs are cooked, around 12 minutes.
