I like the flavor and texture of this whole
grains (soy, rice, barley) miso so much that I used it in seasoning various
dishes. The savory sweet umami flavor of the miso goes well with most
ingredients.

in baking paper and bake at 180˚ until cooked, around 20 minutes

tomatoes into halves, mix with miso, a refreshing simple side dish.
