Scallop with soy sauce and rocket



Scallop season is coming to an end soon, last chance to have a taste of this delicious shellfish. Other than simply grilled with olive oil and salt, I also like to have them raw, as they are so fresh.

It is delicate and sweet to have on its own, but to serve it at dinner gathering, it is nice to make a little effort to further improve the taste and presentation. 
Adding soy sauce will make the scallop even sweeter and rocket gives a touch of spiciness like wasabi.
Cut scallop into small cubes, season with olive oil and 2 drops of soy sauce for each scallop, place a pinch of tear up young rocket on the side.
