Strawberry sponge cake |
When there is a good harvest, this is a
dessert to best enjoy the taste and colour of strawberry.
1. Cut strawberries into halves, marinate
with a tablespoon of brown sugar for half an hour to soften fruits.
2. Bake a sponge cake, arrange as many
strawberries on top as possible, spread fresh whipped cream on top just
before serving.
