pork in bay branches before cooking |
A dish I learned in Madeira where bay tree
grows wild in the forest. Local uses bay branches as skewers to cook pork on
barbecues. Bay has a balsamic herbal fragrance and this is a way to use it to
appreciate the unique aroma.
