Baked pork ribs



I like eating ribs, not just the meat is tasty, on top, eating with fingers and eating around the bones add to the experience. 

Baked pork ribs
 
1. Make a marinade with dark miso paste, soy sauce, brown sugar, liqueur and 5 spices powder, spread all over ribs. Keep in the fridge for a day.
2. Bake at 180˚C for 30 minutes, brush a thin coat of slightly diluted honey, cook for 5 minutes and ready to serve.
