Nothing beat the taste of slowly grilled
chicken wings on a coal fire, crispy skin and juicy flesh!
1. Season chicken wings with salt, white
pepper, brandy, turmeric powder (optional) for at least half day.
2. Grill on barbecue or bake in the oven.
