Lamb cutlet with mustard thyme sauce


A good sauce to go with lamb and easy to prepare. 

 
Lamb cutlet with mustard thyme sauce

1. Quick sear lamb cutlets at high heat until both size golden, rest on a plate.
2. Add sour cream, mustard, fresh thyme, in the pan, season with salt, when bubbling, return lamb cutlets with the juice that came out to warm up before serving.
