Whenever using the oven to cook, I always try to put more inside to cook at the same time, sort of saving energy. I found that the result of baked leave vegetables can be good too, flavor concentrated and less watery.

Baked broccoli with bell pepper

1. Cut broccoli into pieces, bell pepper into strips, garlic minced, mix well and season with salt, pepper, some liqueur.
2. Bake at 130˚C until just soft, around 30 minutes, stir and turn vegetables half way in the cooking.
3. Mix well before serving. 

Baked cabbage with potato
1. Cut potatoes into cubes, cabbage into strips, garlic minced, mix well and h salt, pepper, some liqueur.
2. Bake at 130˚C until just soft, around 40 minutes, stir and turn vegetables half way in the cooking.
3. Mix well before serving.
