Lemon syllabub




Saw this traditional English dessert being described in a blog, love the name and crave for the smooth creamy texture, so try it out. Super easy to make, and is great to serve during summer, like a very soft Gelato.

250gm whipping cream
zest and juice of half a lemon
25gm sugar
25gm white wine

1. Dissolve sugar in lemon juice, mix with zest and white wine.
2. Whisk cream into very soft peak, add half the mixture, whisk again, lemon with firm the texture, add remaining mixture and whisk until soft peak.
