Mala peanut butter sauce noodle |
Have been having noodle for lunch often,
wonderful for cool Irish 'summer', using vegetable and any leftover meat from the
day before. This one is enriched with spices and peanut butter for a different
flavor.
1. Cut cooked meat into thin pieces, season
with soy sauce, 5 spices powder, chili and pepper.
2. Warm oil and a tbsp of Sichuan pepper
for a minute, add to a pot of water for cooking vegetable and noodle, season with salt.
3. Stir-fry meat in the pan to brown slightly,
mix with noodle when cooked.
4. Add a heaped tbsp of peanut butter in serving bowl, pour in noodle broth, mix into a thin sauce, then add noodle, veg and
pork into bowl.
