Hot Cross(less) buns |
With left over Hot Cross(less) buns and pizza sourdough, I turn them into bread and butter pudding and chive sesame pancake. Delicious transformation and no waste at all.
1. In the leftover fridged pizza sourdough, add cut chive, sesame, salt and olive oil, mix well.
2. Flatten the dough and place in a flat bottom frying pan with a spoon of oil, at medium low heat, put the lid on and cook gently, steam formed will raise the dough and cook through. Add a little boiling water if you like a steamed top effect. Or turn over to sear the other side too.
