A creamy cheese bake is always well appreciated after a cold day working in the field. I put pieces of pollock fish at the bottom as this fish is better served with a lot of sauce.
1. Using peeler to slice thin pieces of potato and parsnip, season with salt, pepper, mustard, miso, and cream, rest for 15 minutes to soften the vegetables.
2. Cut fish into pieces, season with salt and pepper, place at the bottom of baking dish.
3. Mix grated cheddar with vegetables, pile on top of fish, than another layer of grated cheese, bake at 180˚C until golden, around 35 minutes.
