May be it was Valentine's day, or just a sudden wish to eat soft chocolate with flavors. There is no decent chocolate shop nearby and, frankly not difficult to make. Home made ones have no preservatives, strange ingredients, less sugar and are more tasty.
1. Boil 1 part of cream, mix into 1 part (by weight) of chopped up dark chocolate, stir to dissolve.
2. Add flavor and honey to sweeten as you like, I use Grand Marnier in the top ones, raspberry jam in the middle, and walnut paste in the bottom ones.
3. Fridge to harden, use a spoon to take out portions and roll to shape, cover with cocoa powder.
