Stir fried glutinous rice with sausage and
mushroom
Very happy to get hold of ingredients to make this comfort food, fantastic taste and texture.
Making this is like making risotto, involve cooking the ingredients first, then add glutinous rice (soaked for an hour), season with soy sauce, gradually add hot stock or water, when absorbed add a bit more, test the texture of rice until just right, less than 10 minutes cooking time.
